Hotel Policies

• Guests under 19 years of age must be accompanied by adult
• Check-In time is anytime after 3PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
• We do not accept any reservations unless guaranteed by a credit card. A valid credit card and a picture ID of the guest must be presented upon check in time. Front Desk will require an imprint of the guest's credit card as well as picture identification for your security purposes.
• Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
• Children 12 and under stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
• Pet Policy: Pets allowed with restrictions in designated rooms only, subject to availability

Payment Policies Deposit Information

• A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers cheques upon departure

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation policy is 24 hrs (by 3PM) prior to arrival (Oct - April).
• Cancellation policy is 48 hrs (by 3PM) prior to arrival (May - Sep).
• Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.

Currency Conversions

• All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars.

Parking Fee

• We offer FREE parking in our street level parking lot or will reimburse guests for parking in a public lot if ours is full

Miscellaneous Charges

• Reserving Multiple Rooms:
  Please indicate if you are reserving multiple rooms; i.e. 1 of 2 rooms, 2 of 2 rooms. This will avoid rooms being cancelled in error and increase the possibility of your rooms being in the same area of the hotel.
