That’s why the 5K Foam Fest fun run was invented – to give you a fun reason to get off of the couch, into your sneakers and onto the street! This isn’t just any fun run – not only is there plenty of foam, but there are obstacles, mud pits, and structures for you to scramble over! Waterslides, cargo climbs, slip and slides, mud crawls and more! Nanaimo’s got pride! Nanaimo’s gay community is out, loud, and proud, and we celebrate that on June 9 in a massive parade and festival! All are welcome to take part in the fun.
